Corporate Lawyer

Quinn Company is seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide thoughtful, risk-based legal expertise to the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on multiple areas of the business with a focus on Credit and Collections, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and real estate transactions.
• Act as a business partner to Senior Leaders, sales and operations personnel, customers, and vendors.
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements.
• Develop a recommended process and procedures for contract management and administration.
• Represent the company in litigation, settlement conferences and negotiations.
• Support lead Legal Counsel with non-transactional matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years as a licensed attorney; active state bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of contract negotiation/administration experience.
• Background in corporate/business law.
• Broad transactional law experience; strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
