Job Title: Plumber Journeyman

Williams & Rowe Inc is seeking a skilled Plumber Journeyman to join our team. As a Plumber Journeyman, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of all aspects of plumbing projects, including residential and commercial jobs in the Greensboro, North Carolina area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, install, and repair plumbing fixtures
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and repair plumbing systems with a focus on quality services
  • Promote teamwork within the plumbing project crew
  • Maintain organization and ensure schedules are met
  • Provide support by managing, coordinating, and following job schedules, including labor hours, material costs, and change orders
  • Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures
  • Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards
  • Uphold the mission and values established by the organization
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5 years of plumbing experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair skills
  • Ability to develop and implement planned maintenance programs
  • Ability to operate smartphone technology, hand tools, and power tools
  • Apply shop mathematics to solve problems
  • Able to read instructions and blueprints and follow safety procedures
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel independently
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Legally eligible to work in the US
  • Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen, and DMV) is required for all positions
