We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at RWJBarnabas Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and training to patients and families on physical therapy techniques and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with current laws and standards of practice in physical therapy
- Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current license from the NJ State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
