Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nationwide video conference operation and support services to 7 modes within the US Department of Transportation.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot video conferencing hardware, software, and multiple collaborative technologies for the United States Department of Transportation.
  • Work as the primary integration specialist for Zoom Rooms, allowing Teams, Polycom, and Zoom to operate simultaneously in real-time meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience required.
  • Experience with SIP/H.323 devices, room resource calendars, and one-touch joining for Zoom meetings.
  • Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance.
