Position Overview:

Sizemore, Inc. is currently seeking motivated candidates for the role of Industrial Cleaner/Housekeeper. This position is based in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation: $14/hr (with weekly pay available)

Work Schedule:

  • Sunday - Wednesday, 6am-5pm
  • Sunday - Wednesday, 6pm-5am
  • Wednesday - Saturday, 6am-5pm
  • Wednesday - Saturday, 6pm-5am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of various flooring surfaces through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in an industrial setting.
  • Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors.
  • Dust and wipe down office furniture, baseboards, windows, and blinds.
  • Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including countertops and appliances.
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Ensure proper use and labeling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean and functional state.
  • Operate specialized cleaning equipment as necessary.
  • Report any irregularities and enforce company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Overtime may be required.
  • Work may occur indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Prolonged periods of walking or standing may be necessary.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
