Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at UNC Medical Center Hillsborough. As a Physical Therapist I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in our acute care setting.

Responsibilities
  • Administer diagnostic tests and evaluations to assess patient mobility and related impairments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative programs to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
  • BLS certification.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. The selected candidate will work Friday to Monday (4/10 hr shift) with occasional holiday coverage. Floating to acute inpatient rehab to adjust to patient volumes will be required.
