Position Overview:
As a key member of our production team, the Manufacturing Equipment Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Compensation:
Starting pay at $21.50 per hour with an additional shift premium of $1.30.

Shift Details:
Work 36 hours and receive pay for 48 hours on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Work Hours:
Shifts run from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Friday through Sunday, with a shift premium of $1.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production, sanitation, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Uphold food safety and quality standards in all tasks.
- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as necessary.
- Adhere to clean-up and housekeeping protocols.
- Follow all safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP standards.
- Lift weights up to 40 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally.
- Engage in physical activities such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic English literacy and math skills are required.
- Ability to stand for long durations and lift weights as specified.
- Experience operating production and warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
