Our facility runs on a two-shift schedule, which may include weekends. Flexibility in shift assignments may be necessary based on operational demands. Elevate your career by considering the Manufacturing Operations Associate role with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure workplace
- Assist in production by overseeing material stock and machinery operation
- Engage in cross-training for various production roles
- Implement OSHA regulations and maintain documentation
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Conduct cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Complete other assigned duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and bending for long durations
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Able to perform in challenging environmental conditions
- No electronic devices permitted on-site
- Commitment to confidentiality agreements
- Comfortable working in a tobacco-free environment
- Reliable and punctual

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $23/hr - $26/hr
