Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care physician to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent Evansville. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with us to provide care to outpatient primary care patients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a physician-led, patient-centered environment
- Collaborate with a tenured team to deliver exceptional care
- Utilize a web-based EMR system to manage patient records
- Have access to lab and imaging services on-site

Requirements- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
