Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Set up, operate, and adjust lithographic presses to produce high-quality pharmaceutical labels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections during production to ensure that all labels are free from defects and comply with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all labeling processes adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Ink and Material Handling: Mix and manage inks according to specific color and consistency requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating lithographic presses, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with the specific requirements for pharmaceutical labeling is a plus.
  • Exceptional focus on accuracy and quality, with the ability to detect and correct even minor defects in printed labels.
