About the RoleAs a LVN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conducting resident assessments, identifying needs, and making recommendations for care
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

- Competitive hourly rate: $32.00-$41.00/hour, depending on experience
