We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Sky Ridge Medical Center. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with heart failure, respiratory distress, sepsis, and other complex conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication regimens.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications as a Healthcare Provider.
- At least 1 year of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
