The Electric Supply Center is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our 18-month Career Advancement Program. This comprehensive program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to succeed in the electrical supply industry.

As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to rotate through three 6-month engagements, each focusing on a different aspect of our business: Operations & Financial, Projects, and Sales. You will be guided by a top member of our team and network with peers as you build relationships with employees across ESC departments and locations.

In addition to your rotational assignments, you will also engage in a series of assessments to help you understand your strengths and areas for development. Our goal is to provide you with a deeper understanding of your capabilities and interests, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your chosen field.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including vacation, sick, holiday, family, and medical paid time off, health and dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, 401k retirement plan with match, and more.
