Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of action to address speech and language deficits.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, utilizing standardized assessment tools and reporting procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Jersey.
  • CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience, with a focus on community-based care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Valid New Jersey driver's license.
