Job Title: Mechanical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Foreman to lead our plumbing team on various projects in the Charleston, SC area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lay out drawings and read blueprints to plan and execute plumbing installations
  • Lead a small crew of 2-3 plumbers/helpers to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Install and test plumbing systems, including pipe installations, fittings, and sanitary and processed waste systems
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including PVC and other materials
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment
