Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of a patient's home in Northern Virginia.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work with an adult patient who requires catheter care. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing skilled nursing care and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess patient's condition and develop a care plan to meet their needs
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
