Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare, season, and finish all food items in accordance with established recipes and production specifications.
- Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our menu offerings and be able to execute dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and presentation.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all state health regulations and Grand Casino's standards.
- Safety and Security: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures.
- Order Execution: Prioritize and execute multiple orders with efficiency, quality, and attention to food safety practices.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work in various roles and outlets, as needed, to support the business.
- Experience: Two years of restaurant kitchen production experience, with a minimum of one year of cooking experience.
- Certification: Serv-Safe Certification is preferred.
- Trust and Collaboration: Build trustworthy relationships with colleagues and demonstrate a collaborative mindset.
- Organization and Flexibility: Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
