Job Title: Sales Associate - Dallas

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team in Dallas. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Provide personalized service to clients, including product recommendations and styling
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the boutique
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of luxury jewelry and watches a plus
