About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Radiant Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing operational activities in the field of maintenance in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for our major customer regarding all matters related to our facilities
  • Manage the establishment of new structures and collaborations in maintenance
  • Ensure regular quality checks and professional and quality-compliant maintenance of elevator systems on site
  • Manage budgets and costs
  • Coordinate employee management and external service provider companies
  • Prepare offers for repairs, minor modernizations, and maintenance contracts
Requirements
  • Completed technical or commercial studies, alternatively a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in technical maintenance or technical facility management
  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining long-term structures and processes in maintenance
  • Driver's license (Class 3 or B)
  • High level of initiative, customer and service orientation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as resilience and flexibility
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
