Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
Requirements:
- Math proficiency required.
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
- 1 year of Customer Service, Sales and Cash Handling experience preferred.
- Must be available evenings and Saturdays.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Previous experience with 10-key preferred.
