Role Summary
We are seeking a Mobile CT Imaging Specialist to join our team, working within the Healthcare Systems & Services industry.

Compensation: $3200 per week plus weekly allowances.

As a CT Imaging Specialist, you will have the opportunity to advance your career with a pioneering company recognized for its contributions to Medical Imaging. Our client provides access to industry-leading experts and ongoing training opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting CT diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Identifying and documenting internal structures, noting any anomalies that may indicate medical conditions.
  • Calibrating equipment and ensuring patient comfort to minimize imaging artifacts.
  • Monitoring patients for any significant physical or emotional changes during procedures.
  • Assessing imaging results for clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with peers and physicians to review imaging tests.
  • Communicating preliminary findings to physicians as per departmental protocols.
  • Managing patient records, including diagnosis and billing codes.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and work areas.
  • Recognizing equipment issues and coordinating repairs as necessary.
  • Providing pre-test instructions to patients and addressing their inquiries.
  • Maintaining compliance with Infection Control procedures.
  • Engaging in continuous education and training programs.
  • Administering contrast agents under the supervision of a Radiologist.
  • Upholding quality assurance standards and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in CT imaging.
  • Valid ARRT license, registered in CT.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain professionalism.
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
