Job Title: Physician Psychiatrist

Clinica Sierra Vista is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Physician Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychiatric care to our patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in our outpatient clinics.
  2. Consult with a multidisciplinary team of mental health providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  3. Confer with patients and their families to discuss treatment plans and provide education on mental health conditions.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, including medication lists and e-prescribing.
  5. Manage a panel of patients and provide ongoing care and support.
  6. Adhere to the highest standards of medical ethics and ensure quality care for all patients.
  7. Participate in clinic Peer Review and Quality Assurance Programs to ensure continuous improvement.
  8. Adhere to and comply with state and federal standards of clinical practice.
  9. Provide phone-triage and consultation services as needed.
  10. Supervise psychiatric mid-level personnel, including RNs, NPs, and PAs, as required.

  1. $350,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
