Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for making timely deliveries of customer material within interstate and intrastate commerce, substituting for other CDL drivers as needed, and submitting legal log books, vehicle inspection reports, and trip sheets for every run.

Responsibilities:
  • Make timely deliveries of customer material
  • Substitute for other CDL drivers as needed
  • Submit legal log books, vehicle inspection reports, and trip sheets
  • Take care of all delivery-related paperwork and receipts
  • Communicate frequently with company personnel
  • Participate in all facets of AC deliveries
  • Take guidance from Dispatch to coordinate courier participation
  • Utilize all legal working hours to maximize efficiency
  • Help in the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
  • Participate in warehouse responsibilities with forklift certification
Requirements:
  • Be 21 or older
  • Have a valid DOT med card
  • Hold a valid CDL Class B driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years
  • Currently hold a hazmat endorsement
  • Minimum of three years of driving experience
  • Ability to work out of Jacksonville, Florida
  • Authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or sponsorship
