Welder and Handyman

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Frontier Rigging & Movers. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and drawings to accurately weld structural components, parts, and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to plan layout and measurements of structural components
- Operate angle grinders, calipers, rulers, and other hand and power tools to ensure precise measurements and fabrication
- Use manual and semi-automatic welding equipment to apply high-quality welds
- Apply handyman skills to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Learn to operate heavy equipment as a rigger to move and maneuver equipment safely and efficiently
- Previous experience as a Welder with a strong understanding of welding equipment and tools
- Professional Certification (AWS welding certificate) is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Understanding of health and safety guidelines and protocols
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
