Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of facility systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of facility systems and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory management, and equipment performance data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in facilities management and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

  • 1st Class Operators License with City of Tulsa
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn operational systems and subsystems
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and multi-task
  • Ability to interact professionally with varied stakeholders and employees
  • Ability to stand and walk short and long distances for extended periods of time and be able to lift, pull, move, and/or carry objects up to 50 pounds; ability to climb ladders
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license and satisfactory requirements on a MVR check
