Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Justice Specialist to join our team. As a Justice Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations of our court services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management
    • Process and manage electronic files for civil and criminal cases
    • Provide information to parties involved in legal proceedings and record their statements
  • Financial Management
    • Calculate and collect court fees
    • Determine witness compensation
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Report convictions to the relevant authorities
    • Arrange entries in the criminal record

Training and Development

As a Justice Specialist, you will have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role. The training program will include both practical training in courts and prosecutor's offices, as well as accompanying instruction at a training center.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
