ROLE OVERVIEW:
The registered professional nurse plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to a designated group of patients. This position encompasses assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care. As an integral member of the healthcare team, the nurse engages in decision-making, leadership responsibilities, and initiatives aimed at quality enhancement. Key responsibilities include data collection, patient care, medication administration, emergency response, and mentoring of staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Valid state nursing license
- At least 6 months of experience in dialysis is mandatory
- CPR BLS Certification is required
