Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other communal spaces.
- Utilize cleaning solutions safely and store them in designated areas to prevent any hazards.
- Properly label and dispose of infectious waste materials in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance for your scheduled shifts.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Standards of Conduct
All responsibilities must be conducted in alignment with the company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and write at a level suitable for the role.
- Effective communication skills to interact with residents, family members, and staff.
- Knowledge of infection control practices is preferred.
- A patient and courteous demeanor is essential.
