Compensation:
Starting pay is $22.33 per hour, with an increase to $23.20 per hour after 6 months and $24.74 per hour after 1 year. Additionally, there is incentive pay available after 90 days of employment.

Work Environment:
Candidates must be prepared to work in cold environments, including freezers, without any restrictions. The role requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

Shifts:
Flexibility is essential as candidates must be willing to work any shift due to the 24/7 nature of the operation.

Position Overview:
This role involves various tasks including receiving and processing incoming products, selecting and filling orders from inventory, stacking and wrapping products, and building pallets. Team members will operate independently using a voice-controlled system to select full-case products in a multi-temperature warehouse environment, utilizing powered material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and accurately select customer orders, ensuring no damage.
  • Build orders based on assigned load tickets.
  • Shrink wrap and label completed orders.
  • Transport completed orders to the loading dock or trailer.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
  • Accurately receive inbound products and manage inventory as necessary.
  • Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate machinery safely.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by performing basic sanitation duties.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to meet productivity standards.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.
  • Must regularly lift products weighing between 25 lbs and 50 lbs, and up to 170 lbs for keg products.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 6 months of relevant experience in physically demanding roles, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction, or landscaping.
  • Experience with Material Handling Equipment in a multi-temperature setting; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Background in stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading.
  • Experience in foodservice distribution, grocery, or beverage delivery is advantageous.
