About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Framer to join our team at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our framing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert framing solutions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Framing Expertise: Offer expert framing solutions, including custom framing, matting, and mounting.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including framing materials, techniques, and best practices.
  • Store Recovery: Participate in store recovery efforts, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes.
