Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Director of Early College and Dual Enrollment to join our team at Passaic County Community College. As a key member of our administrative staff, this individual will be responsible for managing daily operations related to dual enrollment activities and relationship management with high schools.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in higher education, preferably in dual enrollment and early college programs.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate, organize, participate in, and manage dual enrollment activities throughout Passaic County.
- Advise students, families, and school personnel on all aspects of dual enrollment and early college programs.
- Represent the College at various dual enrollment functions as assigned.
- Maintain records and report on dual enrollment functions.
- Coordinate record keeping of high school dual enrollment instructors.
- Visit local high schools regularly to foster relationships and promote dual enrollment opportunities.
- Assist in the absence of the Director of Early College and Dual Enrollment.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Higher education experience preferred.
- High School dual enrollment and/or Early College experience preferred.
- Excellent oral/written/problem-solving, communication, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team, to collaborate effectively with constituents.
- Ability to understand and apply college policies.
- Maintain essential and confidential records.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with above-average levels of noise, long periods of standing, carrying recruitment materials, driving at night, and in varying weather conditions.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office required.
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
