Skyline Med Staff Nursing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Room RN to provide expert care to patients recovering from surgery in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a top healthcare facility in Illinois. As a seasoned nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Assignment:
  • This is a 13-week contract position with a reputable healthcare organization in Quincy, Illinois.
  • The successful candidate will have 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care PACU setting and hold active RN licensure.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans, prioritize their needs, and ensure timely interventions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential complications, and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
Compensation:
  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus tax-free stipends and benefits.
