IPT Lead

**About the Job:**

We are looking for an experienced IPT Lead - Software Development Expert to join our team at AM Pierce & Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive software modernization plan for PMA-281.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop a detailed software modernization plan in collaboration with the software lead, outlining scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess each product line's current status and alignment with the modernization plan.
• Conduct ROI analyses for front-loaded expenditures and define achievable milestones within the scope and schedule.

**Requirements:**

• Active DoD Secret Clearance, required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years in software development, integration, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment within CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading software integration initiatives and managing large-scale IT transformation projects, preferably within the DoD or similar federal agencies.
• Strong understanding of DoD software modernization strategies and the DoD CIO DevOps Strategy.
