Job Summary:
Ochsner Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide inpatient occupational therapy treatment programs based on physician orders from inpatient providers. This role requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care and ensure the most appropriate level of post-acute or home care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve identified patient-specific goals. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records according to documentation standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy Current occupational therapy license in the state of practice Basic life support certification from the American Heart Association Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to present information clearly and professionally

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 per year
