Job Title: Quality Management Systems Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Specialist to join our team at Foxconn.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze IMS System data to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvement plans to drive continuous improvement
* Host internal and external audits to ensure IMS system compliance
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure IMS system effectiveness
* Provide training and support to employees on IMS system procedures and policies

Requirements:

* Extensive knowledge of ISO Management Systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

* Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
* Minimum 2 years of direct ISO/auditing experience required, 4 years preferred
* Manufacturing experience required
* Auditor certification or lead auditor experience is preferred
