Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to internal stakeholders.
  • Administer employee benefits, including 401(k) plans, and maintain relationships with insurance providers.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants; collaborate with department managers to understand required skills and competencies.
  • Conduct background checks and ensure effective exit interviews.
  • Resolve employee relation issues, such as complaints and harassment allegations.
  • Implement new hire orientation and conduct orientations for new hires.
  • Administer employee recognition and incentive programs.
  • Maintain accuracy of HRIS data and lead HRIS project implementation and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management required.
  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.).
  • Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in HR required.
  • Good understanding of US employment law.
  • Work experience in recruitment preferred.
  • Demonstrated work knowledge of multiple human resource areas.
  • Data analysis skills required.
  • Basic research skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide beneficial recommendations to solve HR-related issues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies.
  • Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Presentation skills required.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team and independently.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail required.
  • Ability to use general office equipment.
  • Ability to adapt to and learn new software quickly.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments and key external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
