Overview

Southern Regional Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in the region, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Children's Medical Services department. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to children and families in the Emergency Department and Telemetry Unit.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state RN License.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Minimum of one year experience as a staff nurse RN in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in the Emergency Department.
  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
