Cashier Representative

At PreFlight Airport Parking, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parking Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing parking fees accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Provide a high level of customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Process parking fees accurately and efficiently, using a variety of revenue control systems.
• Balance all transactions at the beginning and closing of shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ensure inventory of operational supplies are at hand and inform manager if restock is needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with employees and customers, providing excellent communication skills.
• Operate and monitor facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Perform light garage maintenance duties as directed, maintaining a clean and well-maintained facility.
• Process parking fees and related transactions accurately, ensuring all revenue tickets and coupons are collected and accounted for.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass math and drug test as part of the selection process.
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and MVR/Driving Record check as part of the selection process.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and outgoing personality.
