About the Role: As a Maintenance Supervisor at Sares Regis Group, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of our properties. You will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance staff and coordinating with outside contractors to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of maintenance staff and contractors
- Manage the purchasing process and obtain bids from vendors
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Current driver's license and auto insurance required
Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $28.00-$30.00/hour, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and vacation time.
