We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Behavioral Health Senior Adult Unit at Community Hospital North.

About the Role:

The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborate with the RN on the plan of care. This includes assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), medication administration, and phlebotomy. The LPN may also provide indirect care, including order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
