Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including specialty drinks, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with café staff to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Must have, or be working towards, a Washington Food Workers' card.
  • Language: Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a cook and experience in using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
