Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver Liaison to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a valued member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring they live their best lives. Your dedication and passion for serving seniors will make a meaningful difference in their daily experiences.
Responsibilities:
- BUILD MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS with seniors and their families by providing personalized assistance with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
- PARTICIPATE in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates to ensure tailored care and services.
- ENSURE THE SAFETY AND WELL-BEING of residents during your designated shift, physically checking on them throughout.
- COLLABORATE with the community team to maintain compliance with OSHA requirements and promote Risk Management programs and policies.
- PROVIDE SUNRISE HOSPITALITY and service standards while responding to dining needs of residents and guests.
Requirements:
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
