Your Role:

The Associate Manager, Communications will report to the Senior Director, Content within the Global Communications team and will play a crucial role in collaborating with various teams to execute our storytelling strategy and enhance the corporate narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop top-tier written materials and content to promote the corporate narrative, including scripts, executive briefings, opinion pieces, blog entries, engaging social media posts, and more.
- Draft and manage content for corporate social media platforms and the company newsroom.
- Assist the Senior Director, Content in story mining and research by fostering strong relationships across the organization.
- Oversee the corporate content calendar to ensure timely sharing of remarkable stories, employee highlights, and new product showcases.
- Gather materials and draft submissions for prestigious industry awards and recognitions.
- Maintain corporate editorial resources and toolkits, including key messaging, editorial style guides, fact sheets, and more.
- Contribute to the development of premium content for key events throughout the year, including internal meetings and company-wide initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio to demonstrate your expertise.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, journalism, communications, advertising, or public relations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and Instagram.
- Curiosity, creativity, and resourcefulness to uncover and shape compelling stories from across the business.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and outstanding project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO, and scheduling tools is a plus.
- A sense of humor and a positive outlook.
Compensation:
- Starting Pay Range: $67,743
- Pay Range End: $114,705
