Responsibilities:- Collect, process, and prepare specimens for analysis
- Perform routine and specialized tests to analyze specimens and provide data on patient health
- Interpret lab test results and ensure accuracy
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and accreditation standards
- Current and valid state license if required
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- Associates degree in chemical, physical, biological science, or completion of coursework in a program for MLT
- 3 years of hospital laboratory work experience preferred
