Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including general diagnostic, general fluoroscopy, and c-arm procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Competently perform radiologic procedures, including positioning patients and selecting exposure factors.
  • Communicate with patients to explain procedures, obtain clinical history, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Identify patient and label images, compare requisitions to physician's orders, and process images to ensure quality.
  • Assist and communicate with physicians, work independently, and serve as a technical resource for students and staff.
Requirements:
  • Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
  • Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
