About the Role:
HCA Florida Capital Hospital is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of radionuclides for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in humans.
Responsibilities:
- Perform examinations on patients of various ages from pediatric to geriatric.
- Work under the direction of the medical director or other supervising physician.
- Recognize the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one and to put forth the utmost quality.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Radiological Technology required.
- Florida Radiology Technologist license required.
- ARRT registry in Nuclear Medicine or Nuclear Medicine certification from the NMTCB is required.
- BLS-American Heart Association BLS Provider issued card required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of full year experience in clinical nuclear medicine imaging including didactic experience equivalent.
