Residuals Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Residuals Manager to oversee the residuals setup process from beginning to show auditing and approval. The successful candidate will manage a team of residuals analysts and work closely with external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of residuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the residuals setup process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of residuals to stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of residuals analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful collection and gathering of residuals.
  • Work closely with external service providers to resolve inquiries and ensure show setup approval.
  • Assist in the creation of residuals estimates and research guild claims and network rebill support.
  • Ensure compliance with SAG-AFTRA, WGA, DGA, AFM, IATSE, MEAA, UBCP, ACTRA, and British Equity Agreements.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in residual management.
  • Extensive knowledge of residuals agreements and regulations.
  • Ability to break timecards to calculate Network and SVOD bases, applicable minimum, salary, and time units, and pension ceiling.
