Position Summary

The Team Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the management team by delivering immediate leadership throughout the park. In high-traffic situations, they are the first to assist where needed, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure seamless operations across various departments.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to team members in different areas such as the café, event hosting, and guest services.
  • Facilitate membership sales at the front desk while identifying potential sales opportunities throughout the park.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld during shifts.
  • Document any incidents that occur during the shift.
  • Assist in coordinating the opening and closing procedures of the park.
  • Complete any additional duties assigned for the day before concluding the shift.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities through previous roles or experiences.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Experience in retail, amusement parks, or the entertainment sector is advantageous.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Basic proficiency in technology, including MS Office Suite and point of sale systems.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Dependable, eager to learn, self-motivated, and organized.

Compensation: $18/hr based on qualifications and experience.
