Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to meet the needs of clients/patients/residents
  • Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises
  • Document client/patient/resident information and establish therapeutic plans

Requirements:

  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
