Role Overview

The Manufacturing Process Optimizer will lead cross-functional teams to improve safety, efficiency, and quality while managing projects to meet operational goals. This role requires strong engineering skills, project management experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in manufacturing environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new manufacturing processes and systems
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Manage projects to meet operational goals and deadlines
  • Work closely with vendors to leverage industry best practices and technologies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong engineering skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Proven project management experience and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This is a full-time position based in Bristol, IN, with travel required up to 25% of the time.
